Panaji: Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant paid homage to former Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on his death anniversary, acknowledging his pivotal role in shaping modern Goa. Taking to social media, Sawant expressed his gratitude for Parrikar’s contributions to the state’s development.

"On behalf of the government and people of Goa, I would like to pay tribute to Manohar Parrikar on his death anniversary. He was known as the architect of modern Goa," Sawant said.
