Kolkata: A new twist in the TET recruitment corruption case. CBI has arrested one more person. Popularly known as 'Bagdar Ranjan' Chandan Mandal has been taken into custody by the CBI after a marathon interrogation at Nizam Palace. He is accused of giving a job in exchange for money.
