German Chancellor Olaf Scholz arrived in India on Saturday. And the Government of India is seeing the light of hope around his visit. At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that the relations between the two countries have improved further. PM Modi says, "Apart from being our largest trading partner in Europe, Germany is an important source of investment in India. The strong relationship between India and Germany is based on the shared democratic values of each other's interests. In the last few years, the relations between the people of the two countries have improved greatly. Today, 'Make in India' and 'AtmaNirbhar Bharat' campaigns are opening up new opportunities in all fields. We are encouraged by Germany's interest in these opportunities."
