Exxaro Tiles is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of vitrified tiles used majorly for flooring solutions. It commenced business as a partnership firm in 2007-08 as a manufacturer of frit, which is one of the raw materials used in manufacturing of tiles and have over the years, diversified, expanded and evolved into a manufacturer for vitrified tiles. Mr. Mukeshkumar Patel is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He has been instrumental in planning and formulating the overall business and commercial strategy and developing business relations of the Company. Mr. Dineshbhai Patel is Whole-time Director and one of the Promoters of Company, manages the entire production and administrative operations at manufacturing facility of the Company at Talod. Mr. Kirankumar Patel is Whole-time Director and one of the Promoters of the Company manages the entire Sales and Distribution process and also leads and monitors the human resources department. Post issue Promoter shareholding will be 42.50%
