New Delhi | Senior Union Ministers, including Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, Leader of the House in Rajya Sabha, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, called on Vice-President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar at Parliament House on Tuesday.
The meeting also included Dr. L. Murugan, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Information & Broadcasting, and Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Law & Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. The leaders reportedly discussed key legislative matters and parliamentary proceedings.
The Vice-President’s office confirmed the meeting via a social media post but did not disclose details of the discussions. The gathering comes at a time when Parliament is addressing critical legislative issues, including the Immigration and Foreigners Bill, 2025.
