By a Staff Reporter : Admiral R Hari Kumar has been appointed as the Chief of Army Staff.He served as Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Navy's Flag Officer.The new navy chief received a guard of honor on the lawn in the South Block on Tuesday."It is a great honor for me to be the Chief of Naval Staff. The focus of the Indian Navy is on our national maritime interests and challenges," said R Hari Kumar, in-charge.
