Mamata calls a meeting on heatwave

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The whole of Bengal is burning in the heat wave. Meanwhile Nabanna is on alert about the heat wave situation in the district. Meanwhile, Chief minister Mamata Banerjee will hold a meeting of secretaries and district magistrates of all the state departments on Wednesday in this regard. There will also be superintendents of police from several districts. Five districts of South Bengal have been burnt in the heat wave since Sunday. The Alipore Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave warning in all the districts of south Bengal on Monday. Not only in south Bengal, there is a possibility of heat wave in the north as well.
