Establishment of The Indian National Congress
Founded: 28 December 1885
Founders: Alan Octavian Hume, Dadabhai Naoroji and Dinshow Watcha
Because, according to the british think tank's idea, there will be a buffer organization between the Indian people and the British government, known as the Indian National Congress (INC).

2. Partition of Bengal
Declaration: July 19, 1905
Who did it: Viceroy Lord Curzon
Reason: Muslims and Hindus lived here like brothers. Their unity was the main threat to the British. The second was for administrative reasons.
On July 19, 1905, the then Viceroy of India, Lord Curzon, announced the decision to divide Bengal.
