SIA officials Raids at Kashmir

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The SIA has launched a search operation across Jammu and Kashmir. The state probe agency is conducting raids in Bathindi area of Jammu on Wednesday in connection with a terror financing case. On Tuesday, the state investigation agency carried out searches at various places in the Kashmir Valley in connection with the terror case. The agency is said to be operating in several places in the Valley, including Sopore, Srinagar, Kulgam, Anantnag. Raids were conducted at the falah-e-aam trust office at Sopore in Baramulla and nowgam in Srinagar in connection with terror financing cases. Falah-e-Aam is considered to be a trust run by the banned Islamist group Jamaat-e-Islami.
