Andriy Yarmak, the head of Ukraine's presidential office, and Denis Pushilin, head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, confirmed the exchange of troops. Andriy Yarmak said that, efforts are underway to bring back all the Ukrainian soldiers imprisoned in Russia.
