A National Webinar of Translators was Organized

It is heartening that translation has successfully bridged the gaps prevailed among different languages.The world literature has now become accessible to readers across the globe through translating literature. Each language as its own style,has its own speciality and distinctineness. Thus a translator is required to be very careful and cautions in his/her task. As rightly opined by renowned Translators,the role of translation and translators is highly crucial in a multilingual country like India. Bharatiya Anuvaad Sahitya has already convened the 12 th National Webinar holding there in recital of translated poems of different languages and a seminar titled " Anubhaba mein Anuvaadak" ( A translator 's experience). The webinar has been activaly participated by notable translators from different part of India.


 At the outset ,Sarat Chandra Acharya the co- ordinator of the organisation welcoming the participants has stated that Bharatiya Anuvaad Sahitya has been striving continuously in its mission for the advancement of translation literature.


In the said 12th Webinar, distinguished translators like Manju Sharma Mahapatra,Dr. Hasinsu Sultan(Assam),Anima Das,Swapnalata Behera,Dr Anjuman Ara have recited multilingual poems. In second session named A Translator's Experience,Dr Namitalaxmi Jagaddeb has held an indepth discussion with notable Tamil writer and Translator Dr. Sheela Banu highlighting multifaceted aspets of translation literature.The Webinar has been attended by translators from various states like Assam,Tamilnadu,Gujurat,West Bengal, Odisha,Madhya Pradesh,Uttar Pradesh as well as by students from different colleges and universities,who,by their meaningful involvement,have made the event real Success.
