Woman refuses to take anything free from vote candidates

By A Staff Reporter: Assembly elections will be held in Meghalaya this year. An elderly woman in the state refused to accept anything free from candidates in East Khasi Hill district and has returned the 'gifts' given to her family. He personally told agents of poll candidates that she wanted to elect MLAs, not distributors.
