VALSAD, GUJARAT — The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is actively conducting rescue and relief operations in Valsad, Gujarat, as heavy rains have caused flood-like conditions in the region. The sudden rise in water levels has resulted in water entering residential areas like Hanuman Bhagda, disrupting road connectivity and daily life.

NDRF Inspector Ramesh Kumar provided an update on the ongoing operations, stating, "The water level increased in the morning due to which water entered the Hanuman Bhagda and Valsad area, and the road connectivity got disrupted. We rescued a pregnant woman and we are distributing food and relief material."

The NDRF teams are working tirelessly to ensure the safety of residents, with continuous efforts to distribute essential supplies and provide immediate assistance to those affected by the flooding. Local authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant and follow safety guidelines as the situation evolves.
