In an attempt to revive the forgotten flavours of Bengali kitchens, Polo Floatel has curated a special "Poila Boishakh Exclusive Menu" under the guidance of traditional village chefs. Each dish is steeped in heritage, prepared with homemade spices and memories of clay ovens from a bygone era. As General Manager Soumen Haldar puts it, “This menu is not just about food—it’s about a cultural rebirth.”

Guests can savour rare delicacies such as Radhuni diye machher jhol, kacha aamer polao, posto mangsho, mishti machher malai, metey chorchori, and pudina-lonka chicken. The menu evokes the warmth of grandmother’s kitchen and celebrates the essence of Bengal with every bite.
