By a Staff Reporter :A division bench of the High Court has dismissed the CBI's probe order in SC's Group D recruitment case. The Special Investigation Team will look into whether there was any irregularity in the appointment of Group D. That is what the court said in its verdict on Monday. A special inquiry team will be formed under the leadership of retired Justice Ranjit Kumar Bagh. The High Court has directed to complete the investigation within two months.
