As it stands one child is currently warded in critical condition at hospital fighting the covid 19 virus, while 7 others including 6 under the age of 12 are also warded. The startling news on Wednesday from CMO Dr Roshan Parasram as he warned that cases may continue to increase
Dr Parasram, who was speaking at the MOH’s press conference said the Omicron stands at 25% of the variant of concern being picked up by the Ministry since last Friday. He’s also predicting its rise to dominance within the next 14 days.
