By a Staff Reporter: A fire broke out in a residential area of the Metro Manila State University campus on Monday morning. As a result, 8 people died. Among the dead 1 is child. The fire broke out in the area around 5 am local time. The blaze burned an estimated 80 homes and affected about 250 families.
