He added, 'We're taking this forward on basis of 3 wheels. First, Policy -we're implementing policies quickly. Second, creation of incentives -we've implemented PLI scheme, that'll boost manufacturing and services. Third, generate demand - 12 Ministries have tried to create demand.'
