AIFF declares seven days of mourning for Pele's death

By A Staff Reporter: The All India Football Federation has announced seven days of mourning to commemorate the life and achievements of Brazilian football legend Pele. Secretary General Dr Shaji Prabhakaran said, "We are deeply saddened by the death of football's Emperor Pele, and to commemorate his achievements, we will observe seven days of mourning. During this period, the AIFF flag will be at half-mast." Pele, a timeless name in the world of football. Brazilian football legend Pele breathed his last on Thursday. And the whole world mourned his death.
