New Delhi, April 4 — Defence Minister Rajnath Singh extended his heartfelt greetings to the Army Medical Corps (AMC) on its Raising Day, saluting the commitment and sacrifice of its personnel who serve under the noble motto “Sarve Santu Niramaya” — Let all be free from disease and disability.

In a message shared earlier in the day, Singh acknowledged the unwavering service of AMC doctors, nurses, and medical staff who have been at the frontline of military healthcare for over two centuries. “On the Raising Day of the Army Medical Corps, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the brave and dedicated personnel who embody the motto ‘Sarve Santu Niramaya’,” he said.

The Defence Minister is scheduled to attend the formal AMC Day celebrations at 4:15 PM today, where senior military officials and medical professionals will mark the occasion with tributes, commendations, and discussions on future advancements.
