Atishi Announces Compensation for Victims of Karol Bagh Building Collapse

Delhi: In response to the tragic building collapse in Karol Bagh that resulted in four fatalities, proposed Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has announced that the Delhi government will provide a compensation amount of Rs 10 lakhs to the families of the deceased.

During her statement, Atishi emphasized the government's commitment to supporting those affected by the incident, assuring that appropriate compensation would also be extended to individuals who sustained injuries.

Furthermore, she confirmed that legal action would be initiated against the building owner, highlighting the need for accountability in such cases.
