BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least six civilians were killed in a Russian missile attack on the town of kupiansk in Ukraine's Kharkiv region, local police and the Ukrainian prosecutor general's office said.
Kharkiv regional police said the Russian attack destroyed a bridge over the Oskil River and damaged several vehicles.
According to reports, the enemy attacked the town of Kupiank with guided aerial bombs.
The prosecutor general's office said the attack occurred when a vehicle carrying volunteers crossed a bridge to evacuate civilians. Four men and two women were killed in the attack.
