By a Staff Reporter: From teachers to parents and students, everyone is happy to be back out to school. This according to Education Minister Dr. Nyan Gadsby- Dolly as students in Forms 1-3 and Standard 5, returned to the physical classroom on Monday.
During a state media interview on Wednesday, the Education Minister said that despite this, there are fears as she acknowledged that the next two to three weeks is a transitionary period. Dr. Gadsby-Dolly assured that the schools are well prepared.
Noting that there has been a 72 percent turnout at the Forms 1-3 level, the Education Minister said ways of ensuring social distancing is adhered to, will depend on several factors such as the layout of the school and the school population.
