Tensions in Ballygunge surrounding the eviction drive

By a Staff Reporter: Tensions erupted near Ballygunge station over the railway eviction drive. The railway police went to evict the occupants of the railway area in the area adjacent to Ballygunge station. But then the locals obstructed the railway police. Their claim has been there for more than 70 years. As a result, tension spreads over this issue. However, no response was received from the railway authorities on the matter.
