By A Staff Reporter : The E-Shram card of the Government of India is a beacon of hope for unorganized workers in the 75 years of independence.It is a project where every unorganized worker in the country can register their name.The names of about 200 million employees have already been included in this portal.Where 16 to 56 year olds can register their names.This e-shram portal was launched in September 2021.Where workers data, identity cards, other data will be stored.So that the workers get the benefit of various government projects.The central government has initiated this project mainly to create a database of unorganized workers.There are some rules for registering names in this portal.The e-shram card will be given a Universal Account Number (UAN).Farmers, workers, car drivers are included in this project.Those who are not EPFO members will also be covered under this scheme. But If any discrepancies are observed, the form may be canceled.All men and women between the ages of 18 and 40 will be able to avail a pension of Rs 3,000 per month after 60 years through the Prime Minister's Pension Scheme on this e-Labor Card.
