According to information, anti-crime checking was being carried out in Tupudana. In the meantime, the daroga on duty, Sandhya Topno, signalled the pickup van to stop, but the driver, instead of stopping the car, fled, climbing the car over the daroga. However, the driver was arrested shortly afterwards.
