BY A STAFF REPORTER: A gold mine collapses in Indonesia's west Kalimantan province. So far 20 deaths have been reported. The incident took place at Kinande village in Bengkayang district on Thursday night. However, the local search and rescue team came to know about the collapse on Friday night. "We came to know about the incident on Friday night. Immediately, our workers rushed to the spot and started rescue operations. The rescue operation has been hampered by heavy rains, mining locations and poor communication over the past few days, the official said. He added that military personnel, local disaster management agency personnel and villagers were involved in the rescue operation.
