BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia's former president Dmitry Medvedev has said the country's factories are working round-the-clock to counter the massive increase in defense orders, ridiculing the idea that Moscow's forces are running out of missiles in Ukraine. "Moscow has increased military production by tenfold in some factories and is closely studying the weapons fired from the Ukrainian side into Russian-controlled areas in an effort to gain advantage," Medvedev said.
