8 dead in Jehovah's Witnesses hall shooting: German police

BY A STAFF REPORTER: German police said Friday that eight people were killed and several others injured when a gunman opened fire at a hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Hamburg. The injured have already been admitted to the hospital. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz described the incident as "brutal violence". However, it is not yet known who fired the bullets.
