BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a controversial statement, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi on Tuesday called Congress a 'sinking boat' as top leader Ashok Chavan resigned from Congress yesterday.

Joshi further argued that Congress' leadership is failing to take their party leaders into confidence and consequently, such things are happening.

The statement comes after top Congress leader and former Maharashtra CM Ashok Chavan tendered his resignation from INC on 12th February in Mumbai and joined BJP today.
