BHOPAL: In an exclusive podcast with PTI, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav shared insights on the state’s preparations for the highly anticipated Global Investors Summit, scheduled for February 24-25 in Bhopal.
Dr. Yadav revealed that the groundwork for the summit has been ongoing for an entire year. “Our homework for this summit has been going for an entire year. Before the investors summit, we held regional industry conclaves where we called our investors, held discussions with officials,” he explained.
The CM highlighted that these efforts have led to the formulation of specific policies for each sector, fostering an environment conducive to investment. “We have held investors summits at seven affiliated centres. So, with this, our people gained experience, and constant communication created a favorable environment as well,” he said.
He also emphasized the state's proactive approach in engaging with both domestic and international markets: “This happened at two levels: we visited different states where investments happen on a large scale, and we also got the opportunity to visit other countries, which may challenge us in terms of economic strength."
