BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Allahabad High Court has directed to create a new system in the public distribution system. According to this new order, the daughter-in-law or widowed daughter-in-law should be kept in the family category. The court also directed the government to change the order dated August 5, 2019. According to the high court order, daughter in law has more rights in the family than the girl. However, the Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodetis (Control of Distribution) Order, 2016 does not classify the daughter-in-law as a family. The court also said that the daughter-in-law cannot be deprived of her rights. The daughter-in-law's rights in the family are more than that of a girl. Whether the daughter-in-law is a widow or not. She is part of the same family as her daughter.
