BY A STAFF REPORTER: A woman passenger was in labour pain on the railway platform. The platform was then converted into a temporary labour room by constable Ashiya Khatun, a railway Dr Suman and other railway officials on duty. After that, everyone helped the woman to give birth to the child. The woman passenger in safe delivery of her baby protecting her privacy & dignity.
