Melbourne is experiencing heavy rain and this is the second match of the day that could not be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Earlier today the Super 12 Group 1 match between Ireland and Afghanistan could not be played due to rain. Rain delayed the start of the match between Australia and England. The rain stopped for a while but then it started again.
