The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has taken action against Air India for allegedly urinating on a woman on its New York-Delhi flight on November 26, 2022. The DIRECTORATE General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has imposed a fine of Rs 30 lakh on Air India for violating the rules. At the same time, the license of the pilot-in-command of the aircraft has been suspended for three months for failing to perform the duty. It also imposed a fine of Rs 30 lakh on Air India's director-in-flight service.
