BY A STAFF REPORTER: Now Banned militant outfits United Liberation Front of Assam Independent (ULFA-I) and NSCN-K have called for a general strike on January 26. It urged the people of Assam to boycott the Republic Day celebrations. The banned outfit has called for a complete shutdown from 12.01 am to 6 pm on January 26.
