Anti-Crime plan for T&T’s capital city


By a Staff Reporter: On Wednesday Trinidad and Tobago’s Port of Spain city police launched its Christmas Anti crime plan in keeping with the upcoming busy season alongside the lifting of the State of Emergency later this month.
POS Mayor Joel Martinez who was present alongside several stakeholders including National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds, Local Government Minister Kazim Hosein and Deputy Commissioner of Police Mc Donald Jacob, said the idea behind the extra security and detail in the Capital is for citizens and shoppers to enjoy the season as a large wave of visitors are expected.
