BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, Arun Singh, the National Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Saturday released a notification regarding the fresh appointment of election-in-charges and co-in-charges of states and union territories concerning the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024.
The letter listed the states and Union territories besides their freshly appointed election-in-charges and co-in-charges. As per the letter, Baijayant Pande is the newly appointed election-in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, and Vinod Tawde will be the election-in-charge of Bihar.
As the Lok Sabha Elections are around the corner, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has declared 16th April 2024 as the tentative 'Poll Day' for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024. Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party launched a new election campaign with the tagline 'Sab Modi Ko Chunte Hain' (Everyone Chooses Modi) on Thursday 25th January.
