BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russian shelling has wounded several people in a town in Ukraine's Kharkiv region, local authorities said.
"So far 38 people, including 12 children, have been injured in Russian shelling in the town of Parvomysky in the Kharkiv region," the Ukrainian prosecutor general's office said. The youngest child is three months old and doctors gave him first aid. "
"Eight high-rise buildings in the city were damaged," said Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration. Four vehicles caught fire and one vehicle was damaged. "
Ukraine's Interior Ministry said rescue workers were at the scene.
