Jadavpur death: Union Education Minister criticized Mamata Govt

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has made a statement on the student deaths and ragging incident in Jadavpur University. He also criticized Jadavpur University and the state government. In Kolkata, Union minister says, "What steps have the university authorities taken in accordance with the UGC act?   Jadavpur University is a prestigious institution in the country, but the incidents that have come to light there are worrying and unfortunate. The UGC has taken this seriously. No student has the right to ragg. The state government must implement what the High Court has asked it to do, it is their responsibility. "
