Own Correspondent, Moscow: This is a preparation for a full scale war inside Russia. Mercenaries of the Wagner group are seen to be setting up mines along the streets of the Southern Russia city of Rostov-on-Don. The city is extremely important from the Russian military point of view as it has the headquarters of the Southern military command.
In a video which has gone viral on social media, mercenaries are seen unloading the mines and placing them along strategic places near the checkpoints. There is no news of any advancement of Russian forces loyal to President Vladimir Putin. The mercenaries seem to be having a free run as locals reported no further fighting taking place after the Wagner group took control of the headquarters of the southern military command at Rostov-on-Don. Tanks and artillery units have been placed at all entry and exit points of the city.
