BJP Aims To Grab ECI: Kunal Ghosh Reacts To Bengal DGP Removal

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Shortly after the removal of West Bengal DGP Rajeev Kumar, TMC leader Kunal Ghosh on Monday took a jibe at the BJP and accused them of controlling organizations like the Election Commission of India.

The former General Secretary of TMC alleged that the BJP is trying their best to grab organizations like ECI and others. He further accused the BJP of monitoring the jobs of these government bodies to fulfill their political purpose. He further asserted that the BJP conspired the action to respond to requests from different states.

The statement comes after the Election Commission of India ordered the removal of the Director General of Police for West Bengal, Rajeev Kumar on Monday ahead of Lok Sabha Polls. IPS officer Rajeev Kumar will be shifted to a non-election-related post as per the orders of ECI.
