Beware of fake dating traps

Beware of fake dating sites as it may cost you a few crores. Shyamal Biswas found it the hard way after losing Rs 3.36 crores.

Chennai police with the help of Kolkata police and West Bengal police cracked down on the network and arrested some of the accused.

The main accused Lalith Changhani is absconding and Cyber crime division of Chennai police have launched a manhunt for him.

 Complainant Shymal Biswas native of Kolaghat lost Rs 3.36 crores in dating scam in mymilap and your soulmate website in the last ten months.

All the money was transferred to Lalith’s bank accounts through IMPS.

Since complainant is settled in Chennai city Chennai cyber crime police registered FIR and conducted investigation in Chennai city and Howrah Kolkata, Hooghly  Behala, Ajc Bose road , Baranagar park Street  “With help of Rishra police , Baranagar police We have secured thre accused  Namely Rupa shaw who is mastermind in this fake call centre and train many young girls to chat and call victims,” said Vinoth Kumar, inspector cyber crime of Chennai city police.
